Whether postoperative patient, pregnancy and delivery, After stroke, etc. The patient physically, mentally and emotionally are in most vulnerable situation, hospitalized. private care can be help patient to get a complete nursing and care service. Private Care is particularly important for the postoperative patient, pregnancy and delivery, After stroke, etc. patients.
Private care service such as observation of the patient's course and situation. If patient have feel any sick or needs from the private nurse observation, then nurse will immediate response to the patients or report to doctor.
Private care are provide professional care services, patient personal hygiene and care, feeding ,medication follow up, incontinence care, comfort the patient.
HOME CARE SERVICE (FOR DISCHARGED FROM HOSPITAL OR
CHRONICALLY ILL PATIENT) *
This services are provide care services to the patient who postoperative and discharged from Hospital or chronically ill patient. Postoperative even discharged from the hospital. There are also need time to recover from the frail body. Some of patient will temporary lose self-care ability. Home care services are the patient required. It can solve all the inconvenient problems form the patients.
Home care service included: daily care, feeding, bathing, diaper handling , lifting and transfer ,escort ,needle injection, wound care, naso-gastric tube feeding, foley catheter handling, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis , nursing assessment nursing ,supervising stoma care record, patient medical condition, measure blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, excretion condition and emotional changes and etc…
SPECIAL CARE SERVICES **
Special care services is for the stay home patients or reduced mobility patients. Nurse will go to patients's home to do medical treatment. Patients can continue the medical treatments at home and meanwhile, service will released patients tired back and forth to the hospital.
Special care services are included: needle injection, wound care, naso-gastric tube feeding , foley catheter handling.
This services is flexible hours, patients can response the booking for the hours by their request but this service minimum reservation service hours start from 2 hours.
ESCORT SERVICE **
Escort service is accompany peoples who need visit to hospital or clinic for medical follow up or body checkup. This service is cover to a chronically ill patient , pregnant disables, elderly , mental illness or sick person .
This services is flexible hours, patients can response the booking for the hours by their request but this service minimum reservation service hours start from 2 hours.
* 1st and 2nd care services are available 24 hours Care services plans included 6 hours / 8 hours and 12hours (day and night shift).
** The third and fourth care services are flexible hours service and according by customer request services hours. Service fees minimum charge by 2 hours.
